There's little in this life that makes me happier than seeing my friends succeed in their endeavors, so it brings me great pleasure to see how her involvement with BEFORE WATCHMEN: SILK SPECTRE has elevated my dear pal Amanda Conner from her renown as the cult-favorite illustrator of THE PRO and POWER GIRL to a figure of much more visible notoriety. For example, her devilish face adorns one of the ads for the upcoming San Diego Comic Con, the nation's biggest comics and geek-media show, and they even had the balls to include a quote featuring her rather Nietzschean outlook on the whole experience.
You go, A.C.! Keep on rocking the world and don't ever change.
